We’ve made big enhancements to auto-captioning in Vyond. This change was a top request, so we’re thrilled to deliver a smarter, more intuitive experience that ensures captions meet accessibility standards.
Better caption transcription accuracy
Captions are based on audio transcription, including text-to-speech. This reduces issues where text to speech is using altered spellings and brings captions in alignment with what is heard in the audio. Translation quality has also been improved.
Split captions automatically and adjustable
To follow more closely with accessibility best practices, we’ve improved readability to captions to split lines automatically.
Better control of caption length
Fine-tune any auto-split captions with the “Words per caption” slider, which allows you to adjust caption length. You can generate word-by-word timing so you can be even more precise.
