April 2022: This onboarding flow was originally published in May 2021 but the flow has since been updated.
We’ve overhauled our onboarding flow for new users. If you’re on a team account, here are some of the improvements your newest team members will see when they create their account:
1. New landing page
Once a user has activated their Vyond account, they will see three options to get started. They can jump straight into making videos in Vyond Studio, create a character in the Character Creator, or head to the Template Library for video inspiration.
2. Add character to a video
For those who head to the Character Creator first, after they save their character they will be able to add it to a scene. Then they can follow the quick tutorial on how to make videos in Vyond Studio.
